Attorney Entry:
Attorneys wishing to enter their appearance on a case may do so online or by mail prior to the defendant's court date. Entries must include:

• Attorney contact information
• Defendant information
• Case numbers that you wish to enter your appearance

Recommendations: 

Requests for recommendations should be sent by U.S. Mail along with a self addressed stamped envelope.  Please mail to:

FOR INQUIRIES REGARDING A PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED RECOMMENDATION REQUEST, PLEASE CONTACT THE PA CLERK BY EMAIL AT SWHEELER@BYRNESMILL.ORG

If a recommendation has been requested on a case, the case will automatically be continued to a new docket date for acceptance/payment.  Accepted recommendations must be signed by both attorney and defendant and filed with the Court prior to any payments being processed.

Discovery:
Requests for discovery must be in writing and sent to the Court Administrator for filing. Request will be forwarded to prosecuting attorney for processing.
